The CAD – 2-Part Repairing Coupling (Split Barrel) is a dedicated solution designed for quick and reliable repair of pipelines with specific outside diameters.
Manufactured in two flanged half-shells, it enables efficient intervention without removing or cutting the existing pipe, making it ideal for emergency repairs or maintenance on pressurised water pipelines.
Its robust carbon steel construction combined with high-performance sealing gaskets ensures excellent mechanical and hydraulic tightness, even on damaged, corroded or perforated pipe sections.

- Carbon steel construction S235JR / S275JR (or superior upon request)
- Sealing gasket in EPDM or NBR (70 Shore)
- Epoxy powder coating, minimum thickness 250 µm
- Bolting in galvanized steel grade 8 or stainless steel AISI 304 (A2) on request
- Two-part split design for easy installation on existing pipelines
- Suitable for potable water according to DM 174/2004
- Engineered for specific pipe outside diameters
